I'm already registered on Subscribetoday.co.uk but I can't login - what can I do?
If you registered on the old Subscribetoday.co.uk website (i.e. before October 2009) unfortunately you will need to re-register on this new site before the site will recognise you. If you have registered on the new site and can't log in try the forgotten password link first and if that doesn't work please call Customer Service on +44 (0)1527 834435.
Is there someone I can contact about my existing subscription?
Yes, please use the contact us form (link can be found at the top and bottom of each page) or call the Subscriptions dept between 9.15am and 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.15am and 4.15pm Friday on Telephone: +44 (0)1527 834435.
How can I change my address?
Contact us using the contact us link at the top or bottom of each page, supplying both your old and new details or call us on: +44 (0)1527 834435 and we can amend it immediately.
What is my subscriber number?
This is on the front of this confirmation and will allow you to access the website and request your free tickets to Homebuilding & Renovating Shows and the National Home Improvement Show.
How will the direct debit appear on my statement?
Our originator ID is: 680309 and the name: Ascent Publishing appears on your statement.
My details are incorrect what do I do?

How do I activate my Plotfinder.net subscription?
When you purchase your
Plotfinder.net subscription or renewal you will be emailed with a unique code called a 'Token'. Once you have this go to
Plotfinder.net and either
login (if you are already registered or a subscriber) or
register. When you
register for the first time there is a box for you to enter your unique 'Token' code which will then activate your subscription.
If you are already registered or a subscriber,
login and go to MyPlotfinder (you'll find the link in the green box on the top right of the screen), on the MyPlotfinder page you'll find a link to 'activate your subscription'.
